Our Deposits &
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits Policy:
We require a credit card to
confirm your reservation (no charge will be made to your card until you
check out). If no credit card is available, we require a deposit to the
value of one night's accommodation to be sent to us at least 7 days prior
to arrival.
Winter Cancellation Policy (1
July - 31 October):
Cancellations made less than 7
days prior to arrival or if departing early, 48 hours prior to the day of
departure will incur a charge of one nights accommodation. This will be
charged to your credit card, or in the case of a deposit, no refund will
be made. For Cancellations made prior or up to 7 days of arrival your
deposit will be refunded less 10%.
Summer Cancellation Policy (1
November - 30 June):
Cancellations made less than
48 hours prior to arrival or if departing early, 48 hours prior to the day
of departure will incur a charge of one nights accommodation. This will be
charged to your credit card, or in the case of a deposit, no refund will
be made. For Cancellations made prior or up to 7 days of arrival your
deposit will be refunded less 10%.
Special Conditions:
Please note that during the
Ski Season, we only accept minimum of 2 night bookings for weekends
(Fri-Sat).
