Our Deposits & Cancellation Policy:

Deposits Policy:

We require a credit card number and expiry date to confirm your reservation. If no credit card number is available we require a deposit to the value of one night's accommodation to be sent to us prior to arrival or direct credited to our bank account.

 

Winter Cancellation Policy (1 July - 31 October):

Peak: Weekends (Friday/Saturday) and School Holidays

A deposit of to two night's accommodation is required to secure the reservation. Your credit card will be processed immediately for the first two nights. (A minimum 2 night stay is applicable)

Off Peak: Sunday to Thursday inclusive. A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required to secure this reservation. Your credit card will be processed immediately for the first night’s accommodation.

 

Summer Cancellation Policy (1 November - 30 June):

Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to arrival or if departing early, 48 hours prior to the day of departure will incur a charge of one nights accommodation. This will be charged to your credit card, or in the case of a deposit, no refund will be made. For Cancellations made prior or up to 7 days of arrival your deposit will be refunded less 10%.

Please note that during the Ski Season, we only accept minimum of 2 night bookings for weekends (Fri-Sat).
