Cancellation, Deposit and Early Check-out Policy (*excludes special event and group bookings)

Credit card details are required to confirm your online reservation. If no credit card number is available, please ring 06-3859144 or email at reservations@thepeaks.co.nz for booking and alternate mode of payments.

Cancellation FeeOne Night's tariff for each room booked if cancelled within 5 days of arrival. Guest can cancel free-of-charge until 5 days before arrival

Deposit: Guest may be charged a pre-payment of one night tariff for each room booked within 5 days of arrival from the Credit Card provided. Full (or balance) payment becomes due upon arrival/check-in.

Check-In Time: 2:00pm to 8:00pm (please contact us if you will be arriving after 8:00pm)

Early Check-out: NO REFUND for early check-out.

Accepted mode of payments: Credit Card, Debit Card, EFTPOS, CASH or Bank Transfer
Accepted cards: VISA and Mastercard (2% processing fee applies)
